ACC is aware of the ever-growing importance of innovation to Industrial Manufacturing, including PLC, Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA technologies. We have been involved with the HMI's evolution from a simple push-button station replacement to the advanced SCADA capabilities of today. The various projects with which ACC has been associated have exposed our employees to many different types of HMIs. Some lower-level units include TCP SmartScreen, Allen-Bradley Panel View, and Uticor, while more advanced systems have been developed using Allen-Bradley Control View, Wonderware, and Intellution FIX, FIX32, and iFIX software (OS2, Windows, Windows NT, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems). ACC has developed hundreds of HMI/SCADA nodes and thousands of screens utilizing Keyboard, Touch Screen, and Mouse Driven interfaces. ACC realizes the value of the HMI/SCADA node and its ability to help individuals predict, troubleshoot, and diagnose process problems. Therefore, ACC designs HMIs with the objective of presenting and allowing the user to enter information that is readily accessible, consistent, and understandable. Regardless of the HMI manufacturer, ACC's development concept is consistent; we design a system that is structured, standardized, and flexible.
