COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEE- Employer will pay employee an annual salary and a flat rate per hour for each additional hour chargeable to client, over the standard 40-hour workweek. RETIREMENT PLAN- Employees will be eligible to participate in a 401(k) profit sharing plan after the first available entry date. ACC provides a generous 401K(profit sharing) contribution. PERSONAL TIME OFF- ACC provides a very flexible personal time off program including: Accrued PTO with five years or less service with ACC will accrue vacation/holidays at the rate of 8 hours for each 100 hours worked. Employees with more than five years of service with ACC will accrue vacation/holidays at the rate of 10 hours for each 100 hours worked. ACC also provides a flexible Comp Time system allowing you to bank extra hours to use as PTO. HEALTH/DENTAL INSURANCE- ACC maintains leading health care coverage at minimal cost to employees. COMPUTER OWNERSHIP- ACC provides employees with a new computer approximately ever two years. Computers are provided to employees to perform his or her company duties but may be used off hours for personal use. At the end two years employees can purchase this computer for $1. SOCIETY DUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS- ACC will reimburse employees for one membership to a business related society (ISA, IEEE, or ICS). TRAINING CLASSES- ACC may require employees to attend training classes. These training classes will be paid for by ACC. Employees may also request specific training class pertaining to his or her duties. ACC will consider paying for these classes as well.
MOBILE PHONES- ACC will provide mobile phones if required. Currently all full-time employees have a personal mobile phone for use both local and out of state. |
